I used Guaranteed Resurfacing 3 times during the last 2 years to repair fixtures in rental property. I live in California and only come to town 2 or 3 times a year. I have always been pleased with their work. I love that I can trust them to do what they say and I have always been pleased with the quality of the work. Highly recommend.

I was recently asked by Guaranteed Resurfacing to post a review of their company and the quality of their work. I have multiple rental properties in the area and have used Guaranteed Resurfacing (and their painting company, as well) for over 7 years. They have probably refinished 40 tubs and as many countertops for me since then. Their work looks beautiful and lasts. I can only think of 2 or 3 instances when I've had to call for a repair to an item that they had refinished for us. They took care of the problems promptly. I wish all of my service providers were as conscientious. Five Stars for these guys.

Two years ago I called Guaranteed to refinish a tub in a home we just purchased. After looking at it he determined that it was just in need of a good cleaning. I had tried to clean it prior to moving in, but just used the wrong product. Herb showed me what to use and saved us the cost of the refinishing. He did this at no charge.

We called him again this year to refinish our old butcher block formica counters (from the '70's) and they did an outstanding job! I'd recommend them to anyone wanting an honest contractor who does great work.

I recently moved into an older home with hideous, cracked yellow counters in the kitchen and bathroom. I gave Guaranteed a call, and the work they did was fabulous and reasonably priced (great Christmas present to me! ). The owner was very nice, and the guys that came to do the work were fast. I'd definitely recommend this to a friend.

Good Job: I have rental units and have used bathtub refinishing companies before and been disappointed. Guaranteed was a little more expensive, but the quality of their work is worth it. I really thought I was going to have to replace a fiberglass tub and surround, but these guys repaired the cracked fiberglass bottom and now it's solid. Looks like a new tub.

Guaranteed resurfaced our kitchen counters and backsplash and they are now beautiful! His crew was fast, friendly, and most importantly, clean! They did a fantastic job and I would use them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend Guaranteed Painting and Resurfacing to anyone who is looking for quality service. Plus, Herb has been doing this for 20 + years so he knows what he's doing!

Also, Herb and his crew recently painted our house and gave it a much need facelift. We had hideous wallpaper on our bathrooms from the 1960s/70s and they did a wonderful job repainting the rooms. Our laundry/utility room was a dreary grey color with some water damage on the dry wall, but Herb and his competent crew repaired all the damage and brightened up that room in a hurry! Thanks again, Herb!
